Keel plate on trailer

Hi Guys,
I'm packing up VX169 to transport from NC to Houston and noticed the 3 self taping screws that hold the keel plate on the trailer have worked loose. Not sure if it's from the weight of the bulb while driving or because it's a stainless/galvanized/aluminum thing. I'm planning to thru bolt them. I know most of you remove the keels when travelling, but it's worth a quick check.
