Sailing in PHRF and being protested for not having a motor.  Anybody else had this happen?  Hate to hang 30 lbs. off the back of the boat.

Our PHRF number factors in the lack of an engine.  So no protest is possible.

West Florida PHRF rules require an engine, no exceptions. 

Anybody else sailing phrf with or w/o an engine, and if so what rating?
