I have assembled the measurements for the VX One as I applied for a PHRF rating (for some of the local beercan and fun races)

I have confirmed the numbers with Brian and thought I would post then here for everybody's use

Initial rating on the Chesapeake is 99. I have a letter in the PHRF Chesapeake regarding the rating, which is the same as a M24 and 3s/m faster than the V640.
