The Houston Open One Design (HOOD) Regatta was held from September 19-20 at the Houston Yacht Club in Texas. Eleven VX Ones completed six races, with Chris Alexander’s Isbelita Con Queso barely taking the top spot with a line of 1,1,3,1,8,5 for 19 points.
